By favouring participatory democracy amongst its members, SOLIDARITÉ aims to be a responsible and egalitarian organisation. It is a collegial association, composed of a governing board, a managing director, 3 permanent employees, a department of accounting and volunteers.
When a project requires more workers, Solidarité calls upon interns specialized in the given field.
